General Admission Requirements

Undergraduate Programs

Completion of secondary/high school or equivalent.
Valid Baccalauréat (Togolese applicants) or international equivalent.
Academic transcripts and certificates.
Entrance examination or interview (if required).

Diploma and Certificate Programs

At least 10 years of basic education.
Academic transcripts, ID copy, and passport photos.
May require test or interview.

Postgraduate Programs

Recognized Bachelor’s degree.
Transcripts and proof of graduation.
Personal statement and two references.
Entrance exam or interview (if required).

International Students

Certified translations (if documents are not in French or English).
Proof of language proficiency (French or English).
Copy of valid passport.
International application fee payment.

Admission Periods

Main Intake: June – September
Mid-Year Intake: February – March (selected programs only)

How to Apply for Admission

Step 1: Choose Your Program

Visit our website or Admissions Office to explore available programs.

Step 2: Complete the Application Form

Online: Submit via JUMAU–ITA official website.
Offline: Collect and return the form from the Admissions Office.

Step 3: Submit Required Documents

Academic transcripts and certificates
ID card or passport copy
Passport-size photos
Proof of language proficiency (if needed)
Application fee receipt

Step 4: Entrance Examination or Interview

Applicants may be invited to a written test or interview based on program requirements.

Step 5: Admission Decision

Decisions are communicated within 2–4 weeks via email or the university portal.

Step 6: Confirm Your Admission

Pay the acceptance fee
Collect your admission letter
Complete registration
